AI is here to stay in our schools

Still, the real question is how we integrate it without losing sight of what education is all about. The answer is helping students grow through curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. I came across this piece from eSchool News that lays out a roadmap for K–12 administrators. Here are the five keys: 1️⃣ Vision – AI should support a school’s mission, not redefine it. 2️⃣ Agreement – Bring teachers, parents, and students together to align on how AI is used. 3️⃣ Learning – Give educators the tools and training to experiment and learn. 4️⃣ Unleashing – Encourage teachers to try new approaches and share what works. 5️⃣ Evaluation – Treat missteps as part of the process and continuously refine. At the end of the day, AI should amplify learning, not define it. Curious to hear how your schools or districts are approaching AI in the classroom?
